We're looking for a motivated Analytics Engineer to join our team! This role will primarily focus on supporting our internal initiatives while also serving as a back-up resource for specific client projects. You'll be turning data into valuable insights that drive smarter decisions both for our team and our clients.
Responsibilities
Data Management: Acquire data from various sources for analytics and visualizations, optimizing and automating acquisition procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand and fulfill data needs.
Data Processing: Clean and transform data using Dbt, building data pipelines in cloud environments like Google BigQuery.
Visualization: Create impactful dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Looker Studio to support decision-making.
Documentation: Document data workflows, acquisition processes, transformations, and analysis methodologies.
Analysis & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and implement process improvements based on your findings.
Data Quality: Perform data mining and exploratory analysis to ensure data quality, generating valuable insights.
Innovation: Take the initiative to identify and implement organizational improvements.
Communication: Use your skills to influence decisions and inspire breakthrough results.
Project Management: Prioritize, negotiate, and resolve blockers for successful project launches and optimizations.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Language: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience: At least 2 years as a Data Analyst.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt for managing and optimizing data workflows.Experience with Google BigQuery or similarAdvanced in Power BI and Looker StudioSkilled in Python
Nice to Have: Experience working with marketing data, including platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM integrations.Familiarity with PySpark and large-scale data processing.
